Ben Anderson

Ben Anderson is an engineering leader with twelve years in privacy, building the consent and data-protection infrastructure behind consumer platforms at global scale.

Before Ketch, Ben spent seven years at Paramount Global, moving from senior engineer to Director of Privacy and then Director of Enterprise Solutions. There he directed the SDK work that holds more than 1,700 products to privacy regulations across 22 billion devices and 3 billion consumers. Earlier, at Mashable, he automated GDPR request handling and suppressed tracking until people gave consent. He also founded Cereus, a platform for website privacy compliance auditing, and serves as an industry representative to the IAB, where he authored the GPP 1.0 Roku Technical Specification. Ben holds an EdD in Leadership from UW-Stout, where his work was named Dissertation of the Year, an MSc in Data Science from UW-Stevens Point, and a BSc in ICT and Management from UW-Stout.
