With over twenty years of experience, Xavier specializes in company-building and digitally-enabled business transformation. He believes that great work stems from a deep understanding of the customer experience and a passion for quality. He has scaled companies from early-stage startups to ventures within Fortune 500 firms, working with senior leaders across industries such as digital media, marketing, real estate, financial services, and retail. Xavier's global management experience spans four continents, and he frequently guest lectures at business schools. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
