Jon Suarez-Davis (jsd) is Chief Strategy Officer at Ketch, and Chief Commercial Officer at super{set}. He leads market strategy and development designed to accelerate Ketch and super{set} companies’ growth in current, new, and expanding markets.
Prior to Ketch and super{set}, jsd was SVP, Marketing Strategy & Innovation at Salesforce, where he was responsible for developing and co-creating innovative marketing strategies and solutions with customers and partners designed to build brands and drive sustainable growth. jsd also served as Chief Strategy Officer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a focus on developing technology solutions that empower marketers to deliver connected, personalized, and real-time brand experiences across channels and throughout the customer journey at scale.
jsd has worked alongside Tom Chavez and Vivek Vaidya since their work together at Krux. Jon was Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer, Krux, where he oversaw global marketing communications and brand-building initiatives, as well as the company’s marketing transformation consulting practice. Krux was acquired by Salesforce in October 2016.
jsd joined Krux after six years at the Kellogg Company, where he was Vice President of Global Media & Digital Strategy. Before his career at the Kellogg Company, jsd was SVP of Digital Strategy and Planning at Leo Burnett/Starcom, where he was a member of the leadership team responsible for the global Kellogg account. Previously, he played a leadership role in building Biggs|Gilmore — now VMLY&R — into one of the most awarded and recognized digital agencies in North America. As VP of Digital Strategy, he led the strategy group responsible for developing integrated marketing communications for Johnson & Johnson, Kimberly-Clark, DuPont and Wilmington Trust.
Jon serves on the MMA North America Board of Directors and Executive Committee; the American Immigration Council Board of Directors; the BRIDGE Board of Directors; the Collage Group Advisory Board, and the Institute for Real Growth Advisory Board. Adweek named him to the “Adweek 50” in 2017, a list of media, marketing, and tech executives leading the charge toward transformation.
Jon holds a Bachelor of Philosophy in Communication from Northwestern University and enjoys spending the summer with his wife and two sons on an island in Michigan.
