Consent Orchestration
Syncs consent choices into Outreach through the same workflow used for every other connected system.
Fulfill access and deletion requests against sales engagement data, with a designated point of contact built into the connection itself.
Outreach centralizes sales engagement activity to help teams build and close pipeline, which means prospect records carry not just contact details but engagement history and often opt-status tracking across multiple outreach channels (calls, texts, email) at once. Requiring a named controller contact as part of setup reflects a real accountability structure many privacy programs need but don't always build into their integrations explicitly.
Ketch connects to Outreach with that accountability built in from the start.
Capabilities
The Ketch Outreach integration covers Consent Orchestration and Rights Orchestration (Right to Delete, Right to Access).Setup requires two specific pieces of information: an Org ID (the organization's identifier within Outreach) and a Controller Contact Email, the email address of the admin serving as the designated contact for this integration. That second requirement means a specific person is named and accountable for the connection, rather than an anonymous service account with no clear owner. As with several of Ketch's OAuth-based CRM integrations, authentication happens directly against Outreach's own login screen without Ketch storing the credentials used, which means care is needed to confirm the correct account is logged in before connecting.

Right to Access retrieves prospect information, including contact details and any custom fields configured for that prospect. Right to Delete removes the prospect record.

The gap
Sales engagement platforms track detailed, multi-channel opt status alongside contact data, and connecting to that data needs both completeness and clear accountability:
Why Ketch
Permissioning infrastructure that governs Outreach the same way it governs every other system in your stack — not a one-off connector bolted onto a banner.
A named controller contact is part of the setup itself, rather than an anonymous service connection with no clear owner.
Access and deletion requests reach whatever custom fields a sales team has configured on prospect records.
The California Attorney General reached a $1.55 million settlement with Healthline Media over sharing sensitive data with advertisers without valid consent, a reminder that sales engagement platforms holding detailed prospect data carry real exposure when rights requests aren't fulfilled completely.
