Maps Ketch subscription topics directly to SendGrid's own Advanced Suppression Management (ASM) groups: subscribing removes an email from the relevant suppression group, unsubscribing adds it, and a global unsubscribe adds the email to SendGrid's account-wide suppression list, blocking all delivery regardless of individual group membership.
Works similarly at the purpose level: opting out of a purpose adds someone to a SendGrid suppression list, and opting back in removes them.
Right to Delete is unambiguous and irreversible: the data subject's contact record is completely removed from SendGrid, and once removed, it cannot be restored.
